چکیده

Oncometabolite Fingerprinting In article number 2101591, Dean Amir, Gili Bisker, and co-workers use DNA-functionalized single-walled carbon nanotubes (SWCNTs) for the recognition quantification of oncometabolite D-2-hydroxyglutarate (D2HG). The DNA-SWCNT sensors can distinguish D2HG from closely-related metabolites, including enantiomer L-2-hydroxyglutarate, owing to measurable modulations near-infrared fluorescence SWCNT. These nanosensors open new opportunities advancement cancer research.
